Cancellation Policy
Online Bookings
All online bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy and refund terms.
Full Payment In Advance
Cancellation with at least 2 weeks notice prior to the scheduled start date, will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice, will not receive a refund, but may reschedule or exchange for shop credit.
Deposit Payments
Cancellation with at least 2 weeks notice prior to the scheduled start date, will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice, will not receive a refund. But the customer may reschedule or exchange the deposit paid for shop credit.
Other Cancellation Situations
Failed Medical
Refunds will not be available if you are unable to dive due to a failed medical exam.
You are therefore advised to review this medical form. If you answer yes to any questions, please contact your doctor to be cleared for diving prior to booking.
No Show
If you fail to turn up at the agreed collection location on the day of your course/dive, then you will receive no refund.
Unanticipated Emergency
In the event of an unanticipated emergency forcing last minute cancellation of your course/trip, then we will, subject to our discretion, allow rescheduling or exchanging money already paid for shop credits.
